Our experience when acting for clients in alternative dispute resolution has been invaluable.
During this period we have been engaged in various alternative dispute resolution models such as conciliation, arbitration, negotiation and mediation. These models have become increasingly, integral in the legal process of dispute resolution.
We are actively involved in acting for clients as well as acting in the role of the neutral mediator, having been formally trained in the mediation process and in particular that process focused on interest based outcomes as opposed to the usual multi-party dispute process where one party wins all.
